Initiate Your Request
Log into your GearUp account and select the 'Return' option next to your recent order to generate a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full credit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
